The house, built in 1928, was designed by the architect Thorkild Henningsen. Today, the house is in perfect condition from basement to attic, i.a. with beautiful custom-built cabinets. The dilapidated roof has been replaced with a new one and is at the same time raised by 5 cm and has had sky lights fitted, so that the owners can enjoy a beautiful light. All done according to the strict restrictions that are for the houses on the road. The result, after going through a lot, like rot and flooding, is that the house is one of the most beautifully renovated in the neighborhood. The price has been high mentally and financially.
